Celebrate at One of New York State’s Biggest Oktoberfests at Bear Mountain This Year

The month of October is one of the best months to live in New York state. With temperatures starting to fall, and leaves beginning to change, many will celebrate the season outdoors in big style.

You may have seen some of the Oktoberfest posts circulating around social media. If you happen to love October, celebrating with friends, and tasting plenty of authentic German beer and food, then Bear Mountain Oktoberfest is the event for you.

Bear Mountain Oktoberfest Returns! 

Bear Mountain Oktoberfest starts Saturday, September 30, and will take place every Saturday and Sunday through October 22 at Anthony Wayne Recreation Area at Harriman State Park from 11 AM to 6 PM.

Bear Mountain Oktoberfest will feature live German music and a dance floor, games like corn hole and ring toss, plus many of the best local retailers.

2022 was Bear Mountain Oktoberfests' first time back after a three-year hiatus. Now they're bringing back the best parts of last year's festivities and adding even more excitement based on your feedback.
