Bear Mountain Oktoberfest will take place every Saturday and Sunday through October 22 at Anthony Wayne Recreation Area at Harriman State Park.

For the first time since the July 9th storm that dropped record breaking amounts of rain over the Hudson Valley, many areas of Bear Mountain are back open!

The rumors were true and the Northern Lights showed up across the Hudson Valley this week. Thankfully, we're home to some skilled photographers who were able to capture the stunning event.

Whether you’re in Dutchess, Sullivan, Orange or Rockland County, there is a really cool Oktoberfest happening near you.

You might be aware that Kingston has a zoo (if not, click here to find out how it started) but did you know that there is also a zoo at Bear Mountain? We didn't.

These are some incredible shots, and miracles of nature happen all around us everyday in the Hudson Valley.
