Scenic Warwick, New York Brewery Goes on the Market
Another Hudson Valley brewery has been put on the market as consumers shift towards hard seltzers, ciders and cannabis.
While the beer industry still continues to thrive in New York State, it appears that it may be in a period of adjustment after an explosive growth over the past decade. For a while, it seemed as though a new brewery was popping up every day in the Hudson Valley region. Now, it's all about dispensaries, distilleries and cideries. Recently, we reported that Bridge and Tunnel Brewing was selling its Liberty location after being open for only two years. Now, another newly opened brewery is also hitting the market.
Brewery in Orange County, New York Goes on the Market
A gorgeous Hudson Valley brewery and taproom set on 48 acres of farmland in Warwick, New York suddenly went for sale this week. According to the online listing, the site includes a 300-year-old barn that’s been carefully restored, a second barn, a two-bedroom home, and several open fields surrounded by more than 200 acres of protected land.
The property carries both agricultural and commercial zoning, giving a future owner plenty of flexibility. It could continue as a brewery, evolve into a farm-to-table restaurant, or become a destination for weddings, events, or agro-tourism. The setup already includes a renovated taproom with parking, modern utilities, and open space for growing or hosting gatherings.
This particular brewery opened in 2022, bringing a taste of Long Island beer country to Orange County. It is the Warwick location of Destination Unknown Beer Company, also known as DUBCO, which began in Bay Shore, Long Island and built a reputation for its creative brews and community spirit. The Warwick property, including the land, buildings, and contents, is now for sale, though the DUBCO brand itself is not part of the offering.
For now, the brewery remains open and continues to host events such as a recent Oktoberfest and live music performances. Those interested in the property can find more details at the listing from Serhant Commercial Realty.
