Be a Volunteer for People’s Place in Kingston
Would you like to make a difference in the community? This Thursday, May 16, from 11 am - 12:30 pm, you can learn about all of the volunteer opportunities People's Place has to offer. People's Place is located on at 17 St. James Street in Kingston and serves all of Ulster County. It's a not-for-profit food pantry and thrift store. And it's a great place to volunteer.
People's Place has volunteer positions available in a number of their programs just waiting to be filled. The staff will talk on the inner workings of their over 21 programs and the passion they have for their mission. it's your chance to be a hero for those with food insecurities right in Ulster County. For as few as 4 hours a week you can make a difference.
