There will be all day pancakes, including gluten free pancakes, topped with Ashokan maple syrup, with maple bacon. There will also be tree tapping and syrup making demos and guided tours of the Sugar Shack. Guided hikes, live music and colonial crafts including broom making and blacksmithing. It's going to be an educational and deliciously fun packed day for the whole family.
