Everybody seems to be getting ready for St. Patrick's Day, but that's not the only thing to look forward to. On Sunday, March 18, the day after St. Patrick's Day, head to the Ashokan Center on Beaverkill Road in Olivebridge for the Ashokan Maple Fest. The Maple Fest kicks off at 10 am and runs through 4 pm.

There will be all day pancakes, including gluten free pancakes, topped with Ashokan maple syrup, with maple bacon. There will also be tree tapping and syrup making demos and guided tours of the Sugar Shack. Guided hikes, live music and colonial crafts including broom making and blacksmithing. It's going to be a deliciously fun packed day for the whole family.

Tickets for the Ashokan Maple Fest are only $5 per adult, and kids under 12 are free. Pancake breakfast is only $8 per person. So, you can have fun on St. Patrick's Day, and recover on Sunday with a delicious maple syrup breakfast, brunch, or lunch!
