New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. isn't unfamiliar with league fines and suspensions.

In fact, according to the records from Spotrac.com, Beckham Jr. has already racked up a substantial $108,926 this season for a number of offenses.

But whether you love him or hate him, it's hard to get behind the NFL's latest fine against the Giants colorful receiver.

Beckham Jr. was was handed a $18,000 fine for wearing multicolored cleats during last  Sunday's game against the Lions. Why was he wearing the cleats?  Beckham Jr. says they were to honor the memory Craig Sager, who died at the age of 65 last week.

Sager was the popular NBA courtside reporter for TNT, who died last Thursday after a long battle with cancer. Beckham said he would auction the cleats with the proceeds benefiting the Sagerstrong Foundation.

Man, talk about living up to their reputation as the No Fun League.

The NFL is known for their very strict uniform policy.
