Penny Social for the Kitties

Whenever I hear about an event to benefit animals, I try to write about it and spread the word. I love all animals, but I have a special place in my heart for cats and kittens. And I happen to know of an upcoming event to benefit those purrfect animals.

The Moose Lodge 904 Benevolent, 1273 Route 9G in Hyde Park, is hosting their first Penny Social this Sunday, March 24, at 11 am. And all net proceeds will benefit Cast Aside To Survive Inc. (CATS), a non profit kitten and cat rescue. There will be a fast paced drawing with lots of great prizes and snacks, a 50/50 and door prizes. Donate wet cat food or sardines in oil and get a free sheet of tickets.
