Inaugural WPDH Mistletoe Jam Concert With Winger December 8

WPDH Presents the Inaugural Mistletoe Jam with Winger (original lineup) at The Chance in Poughkeepsie Friday, Dec. 8 at 7pm. A Music Matters event.

Get ready to rock with 80s hair metal rockers Winger in less than two weeks! Winger had two platinum selling albums with Winger and In the Heart of the Young with hit singles like "Seventeen", "Headed for a Heartbreak", and "Miles Away". The band had chart success in the early 1990's and were even nominated for an American Music Award for "Best New Heavy Metal Band". The band broke up after the release of their third album, 1993's Pull but eventually reunited in 2001. Winger continues to tour and record, while Kip Winger splits his time between the band and a solo career that includes acoustic shows. This will be a great night to have a fun time while helping with Music Matters, our music schools program for kids across the Hudson Valley. It's also my (Tigman's) birthday celebration.
