WPDH Is Live, Local + Here For You
With our daily routines changing so rapidly, we know it's a comfort to tune into your favorite radio station and hear some familiar voices. WPDH is staffed with radio personalities hosting their shows live on air all day long, and we're giving you more opportunities to connect with us than ever before—while still practicing social distancing.
Each morning before the Boris & Robyn Show goes on air, Boris hosts a Pre-Show Show on Facebook detailing what's ahead for the show that day. If you aren't following us on Facebook, head on over there and give us a "like." If you are following us, you'll also want to head on over to our Facebook page and hover over the "Following" button under the page cover. Make sure our stories appear at the top of your personal Facebook feed by adjusting the "In Your News Feed" options to "See First," and get notifications for any Facebook Live videos in the studio by adjusting the "Notifications" options to "On (Highlight Posts)."
The Boris & Robyn Show is live on-air starting at 6AM. You can listen live on your desktop browser, stream us on your Alexa-enabled device or Google Chromecast product, fire up your free WPDH mobile app or set your radio dial to 101.5 FM. We're also simulcasting news director Bobby Welber's newscasts on Facebook Live at the top of every hour from 6AM to 10AM.
Continue your day with Hopkins starting at 10AM. And because news is changing rapidly, we've added additional newscasts from Bobby Welber at 11AM and noon to keep you informed. Hopkins takes your requests and calls at noon for Whole Lotta Lunch, and listening in to the calls he gets during the lunch hour will get make you laugh no matter how rough all the morning news seemed to be. (Every Whole Lotta Lunch caller has blasted through a six-pack by the time they reach Hopkins—seriously.)
This week, Hopkins will hand off the airwaves at 2PM to Rush superfan Jack George, who is filling in for Smitty. Jack will be live on the air with you until 7PM.
We know these are challenging times, but we also know rock 'n roll can soothe the soul. Here at WPDH we're ready to provide you with essential information impacting us right here in the Hudson Valley such as closings and changing business hours, but we also know how important it is to have your favorite music playing all day long.
