If you find yourself in the Kingston area this Friday, then lucky you. You'll be in just the right spot to celebrate with Uptown Kingston. This Friday, Dec. 6, from 6 - 8PM it's Uptown Kingston's Annual Snowflake Festival.

You'll get to enjoy an array of holiday-themed performances, exhibitions, entertainment and open stores offering treats and warm beverages to all visitors. The Snowflake Festival will feature both indoor and outdoor attractions throughout the Historic Stockade District. There will be live entertainers including magicians, horse-drawn carriages, fire torch jugglers, carolers, ice sculptures and much more.

The Festival will have a main stage with live performances as well as a special Bike Raffle. And the highlight of the evening will be the arrival of Santa and Mrs. Clause on an antique fire truck along with their elves and the lighting of the tree on Wall and North Front Streets. Santa will then settle-in on the Senate House grounds to listen to children who wish to meet him and Mrs. Claus.
