The String Cheese Incident Plays The Hudson Valley This Weekend
It's almost like Mountain Jam has come six months early. The String Cheese Incident, the popular band who played an incredible set up at Hunter Mountain for Mountain Jam earlier this year, are playing not one, not two, but three shows at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester in Port Chester this week.
The shows are taking place on Friday the 29th, Saturday the 30th, and finally, a grand New Year's Eve show on Sunday the 31st. Their website lists the shows as sold out, but ticketfly appears to still have some tickets available.
So if you're still looking for something to do on New Year's Eve, you could do worse than going to see a band that has one of the most electric live shows currently touring. It's good to see them back in the Hudson Valley so soon after Mountain Jam, and giving them a full three days to go nuts should result in some great shows.
