White stuff may be falling from the sky as many Hudson Valley families hit the road for Thanksgiving travel.

Hudson Valley Weather is predicting snow for Wednesday afternoon and evening. While we won't see much in the way of accumulations, the blowing snow could cause some trouble for travelers.

Snow could fall as flurries or snow squalls on Wednesday afternoon. Wind gusts up to 20mph will send the snow flying just in time for the afternoon commute. The snow squalls will continue throughout the evening as temperatures plummet into the upper teens. By Thanksgiving morning, the wind chill will make it feel like 5 degrees.

While we won't see any serious accumulations of snow, don't be surprised if the squalls and flurries make this afternoon's travel conditions even worse.
