Police: Dutchess County Man Charged With Child Pornography
Following an investigation, a Dutchess County man was arrested for multiple counts of child pornography.
On February 13, 2018, Felipe M. Ramon, 30 of Pawling, N.Y. was arrested following a recent investigation into child pornography.
At this time, Ramon is accused of soliciting pornographic photos from, and sending photos to a child less than 17 years old via social media and a cell phone.
The victim is known to Ramon, and all further details about them and case are being withheld to protect their privacy, according to a press release.
Ramon was charged with 9 counts of each of the following:
- Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance
- Possession of a Sexual Performance by a Child
- Promoting an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child
All of the charges against Ramon are felonies. He was arraigned and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail, or $100,000 bond.
