Police: Armed Robbery Suspect Arrested Following Investigation

A Hudson Valley man was arrested following a 3-month long investigation into the armed robbery of a Dutchess County gas station.

On Friday, May, 18, 2018, Beacon Police arrested 25-year old Eric R. Johnson for armed robbery.

The arrested was the result of a 3-month long investigation into the robbery of the Citgo Gas Station located at 425 Fishkill Avenue.

Johnson was processed and arraigned in Beacon City Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail, or $50,000 bond.

The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office and the Town of Fishkill Police assisted in the investigation.
