New York State Police are asking for the public's help in locating a Hudson Valley teen.

On Wednesday, April 6th, 2022, the New York State Police announced that they are looking for 15-year-old Joshua N. Cornwall. According to the press release, the teen was last seen in Poughkeepsie.

The New York State Police writes:

Joshua was last seen at the McDonald’s on 733 Main Street in Poughkeepsie at approximately 2:00 pm on April 4, 2022. He is described as 5’9”, approximately 135 pounds, skinny build with curly/messy black hair. He was last seen wearing a red and black windbreaker with skinny jeans and Tommy Hilfiger slides/ sandals.

If you or anyone you know has any information regarding Cornwall's whereabouts, you are asked to call New York State Police in Stormville, NY at 845-677-7300. More details about Joshua Cornwall and updates regarding his status can be found on the New York State Police social media accounts.

Unfortunately, 15-year-old Cornwall isn't the only teen missing in the Hudson Valley and New York State. As of recently, there have been over 70 children who have gone missing from New York State.

Hudson Valley Post recently gathered information from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and found 75 children missing from across the Hudson Valley and New York State.

Children across Dutchess, Putnam, Orange, Ulster, and Westchester counties have been reported missing in 2022 alone.
