Illegal Massages, Prostitution at 4 New Windsor Spas, Police Say

Employees from four separate New Windsor spas have been arrested following an investigation into illegal massages and prostitution.

On March 8, members of the New Windsor police department, along with memebers of the state police conducted an undercover operation illegal massages and prostitution at four New Windsor spas/massage parlor.

As a result of the investigation, the following people were arrested:

Moon & Sun Spa - 357 Old Forge Hill Road, New Windsor
1. Hyekyung Baek, age 47 of Woodbury, NY – arrested and charged with 1 count of Unauthorized Practice of Profession
Orange Spa - 276 Windsor Hwy, New Windsor
1. Enshu Kim, age 44 of Flushing, NY – arrested and charged with 1 count of
  Unauthorized Practice of Profession and 1 count of Prostitution
207 Relaxation Spa - 899 Little Britain Rd, New Windsor
1. Aijin Ying, age 44 of Flushing, NY – arrested and charged with 1 count of
  Unauthorized Practice of Profession and 1 count of Resisting Arrest
A & A Spa - 357 Windsor Hwy, New Windsor
1. Yu-Xian Cui, age 53 of Flushing, NY – arrested and charged with 1 count of
  Unauthorized Practice of Profession and 1 count of Prostitution
2. Zhen-Shun Zhu, age 62 of Flushing, NY – arrested and charged with 1 count of Unauthorized Practice of Profession and 1 count of Prostitution

All of the individuals arrested were arraigned by the New Windsor Town Justice and released on $1,000 cash bail.
