The weather will be considerably better on Sunday, with less risk for rain and even the occasional peek of sunshine. As the Hudson Valley recovers from rain, temperatures will return to normal, with highs expected in the upper 60s. It's probably safe to plan outdoor activities on Sunday.

Best Day of Holiday Weekend for Hudson Valley will be Monday

Mother Nature is not expected to rain on your Memorial Day parade, as Monday appears to be the best day of the three-day weekend. The National Weather Service predicts it will be mostly sunny throughout the Hudson Valley with temperatures rising to 73 degrees. This is probably your best bet for outdoor activities, which is good news because many local parades and ceremonies are already planned for Monday.
