EMTs Pick Up Fallen American Flag During Snowstorm
EMTs in the City of Poughkeepsie went out of their way during Tuesday's snowstorm to stop and pick up a fallen American flag.
Mobile Life Support Services Paramedic and U.S. Army Sergeant Dan Rivera and EMT Larry Lawless were on duty in the City of Poughkeepsie on Tuesday night during the snow storm, when they noticed a fallen American flag.
The flag, which stood erected as residents and visitors crossed the Mid-Hudson Bridge into the City had fallen due to the snowstorm.
Rivera and Lawless picked the flag up and brought it to the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department.
