Harvest time is here and chances are you have more veggies than you can eat or even give away. Don’t throw them away, try freezing them instead. Before you know it winter will be here and you’ll be happy to be able to just reach into your freezer and pull out fresh vegetables that you grew yourself. Not sure what freezes well? Neither was I, but I asked around and came up with a list of veggies that freeze just fine. And it's easy, too.

Veggies that Freeze Well

And there you have it. 7 vegetables that you can freeze and enjoy all year. We may not be able to grow year round here in the Hudson Valley, but there’s no reason not to enjoy our bounty year round. Happy freezing, and happy eating!
