Wild Ramp Festival and Market in Roscoe

Do you know what a ramp is? Don't feel stupid if you don't, I didn't either. It's some kind of a wild garlicky onion (thank you, Google), and from what I hear, delicious. Here's a chance for you to learn all about wild ramps and then some. It's the Wild Ramp Festival and Market at Roscoe Beer at 145 Rockland Road on Saturday, May 4, from 11 am - 7 pm.

Enjoy a day of family fun while shopping the large farmers market, listening to live music, taking part in the many games and activities and of course some great craft beer. There will also be an educational tent dedicated to local agriculture and information about ramps, plus some sampling stations for you to try ramps for yourself. Then stick around for the after party from 4 - 7pm.

Upgrade to the VIP experience and purchase tickets to the Farm to Table Tent, featuring some amazing local chefs. As a VIP you will get to enjoy several ramp inspired dishes perfectly paired with one of our beers, plus a VIP goody bag to take with you. There will be two sessions, each lasting an hour and 15 mins.
