Why Was This Mayor Forced To Resign?

You thought your town had issues? San Marino, CA Mayor Dennis Kneier has stepped down from his position, according to the The Pasadena Star-News. Why? Kneier was caught on surveillance video flinging a bag of dog crap into the yard of Philip Lao. Lao is a political opponent of Kneier, so this looks like an apparent case of local politics turned ugly. Lao saw the video and called police, and once the video hit the local news stations...residents wanted some answers.

Kneier apologized, saying that his actions were inconsiderate and disrespectful. He will remain on City Council.
