Vets Who Rock: Nominate a Veteran for a $10K Prize
Every day, men and women across the country make an incredible sacrifice by serving our country in the military. They are brothers, sisters, husbands, wives, sons, and daughters of people in communities just like ours. These individuals are willing to put their lives on the line to protect our freedoms and our way of life, and they deserve our gratitude and recognition.
That's why Mental Health American and WPDH are partnering to honor the Vets Who Rock in our communities. We want to hear about the veterans in your life who have gone above and beyond in their service to our country, and who continue to make a positive impact in our community.
To nominate someone, simply share your short story about them with us below. We'll select one military veteran each month as the Vet Who Rocks and award them $500. Plus, they'll be entered into a drawing for a chance to win $10,000, which will be awarded during Veteran's Day week.
We want to recognize, remember, and respect the brave Vets Who Rock, thanks to the support of their family and friends, as well as our community partners. If you nominated someone in the past and they have not been selected, we encourage you to nominate them again. Every story is important, and we want to honor as many veterans as possible.
