Interestingly, the number one searched song in the state isn't from a Jersey artist.

This one by Beyonce comes in at number 5 as the most searched-for love song on Google.

Jay-Z also took part in the creation of "Crazy In Love." Not only did he do the rap in the song, but he and Beyoncé also danced to the song at their wedding in 2008.

"Crazy In Love" was released in 2003.

"To Sir With Love" by Lulu

This one by Lulu comes in at number 4 as the most searched-for song on Google.

Not only was the song featured in the 1967 film "To Sir With Love," but Lulu was also in the film with the same name. She got noticed by director James Clavell when she opened in an earlier show for The Beach Boys, and the rest is history.

"Love Takes Time" by Mariah Carey

This one by Mariah Carey comes in at number 3 as the most searched-for song on Google.

According to songfacts.com, "This was Mariah's second single. It followed up 'Vision Of Love,'" and "marked the beginning of Mariah's longtime association with Walter Afanasieff."

"We Found Love" by Rihanna

This one by Rihanna comes in at number 2 as the most searched-for song on Google.

Not surprising being the song is all about finding that special person in your life. Also not surprising is the overwhelmingly positive reception Rihanna received after its release.

The song "We Found Love" was released in 2011.

"Love Hangover" by Diana Ross

And coming in at number one is Love Hangover, a very sexual song by Diana Ross released in 1976.
