Dutchess County Executive, Marc Molinaro said:
Rethinking Waste, Dutchess County’s 10-year solid waste management plan, outlines our goals of increasing recycling efforts, creating a more sustainable waste system and reducing our impact on the environment. Our Household Hazardous Waste Disposal & Electronics Recycling events help us achieve our goals by giving Dutchess County a safe way to dispose unused chemicals and fertilizers, other hazardous household items, and unwanted electronic equipment. I encourage residents to take part in these popular collection events and help the County reach its goals
Acceptable items include: televisions, computer monitors, telephones, pesticides, pool chemicals and more.
