A man gave New York State Police perhaps their easiest DWI arrest they've ever had.

A Trooper who was driving a marked patrol vehicle, pulled into a gas station to fuel up over the weekend in the Albany area, as reported by CBS 6.

While the trooper was filling up his patrol car, a 50-year old man from Troy, NY pulled in and parked next to the police cruiser.

When he exited his vehicle, he walked directly into the trooper's patrol car. He was showing signs of obvious intoxication, and the trooper questioned him.

The man failed the field sobriety test, and was arrested for DWI. His blood-alcohol content was 0.18, over twice the legal limit.
