According to police, a man removed two teens from the Berkshire Farm Center, who were court mandated to reside there.

On January 31, state police arrested Tyrick P. Angol, 20, of Poughkeepsie and charged hjim with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

An investigation revealed that Angol picked up, and removed two 16-year olds, who were court mandated to reside at the Berkshire Farm Center. All three subjects were located on January 31, and the teens were returned to the Berkshire Farm Center.

Angol was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Kinderhook Court.
