Hudson Valley Sex Offender Wanted
Help is needed in finding a wanted Hudson Valley sex offender. Police believe she could be in multiple local counties.
According to Hyde Park Police, 39-year-old Nicole L. Plass is wanted by Town of Hyde Park police for failing to register as a sex offender.
The 39-year-old’s last known address is on Metzger Road in Red Hook. Plass has gone by several other names including, Donna A. Howay, Nicky Lee and Nicky Nick, police say.
She’s described as being a 5’6” white woman with straight brown hair and brown eyes. Police believe she could be in Dutchess County or Ulster County, likely near Kingston.
