Police didn't share a physical description of Pearce but according to his Facebook page, he's a white male who appears to be in his twenties with brown/black hair and light blue eyes. Keep in mind that his physical description is based on pictures, so it is possible his appearance has changed. The page also says that he currently lives in Kerhonkson, NY so he could possibly be in that area of the Hudson Valley as well.
