Coolio Doppleganger Arrested For Impersonation in Dutchess County
'Keep spendin' most our lives livin' in a gansta's paradise', this Coolio lookalike attempted to cash checks using several fake identifications.
I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say this dude is not the 'kinda G the little homies wanna be like'. On November 1, state police responded to the Chase Bank on Route 9 in Wappingers for a report of a male attempting to cash checks utilizing several fake identification cards.
The man, identified as David L. Bobbitt, 36 of the Bronx, attempted to use fraudulent identification to withdraw funds from an account. Bobbitt was arrested and charged with Possession of a Forged Instrument second-degree, felony, Criminal Impersonation second-degree, Criminal Mischief, and Obstruction of Governmental Administration.
Bobbitt also intentionally damaged the interior wall of the barracks, while being processed. He probably doesn't like 'the situation, they got him facin'.
He was arraigned and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in $30,000 cash bail, or $60,000 bond. He is scheduled to return to court later this month.
