Fortunately, we won't see a repeat of last Tuesday's severe weather, that spawned multiple tornadoes and caused wide spread damage to the Hudson Valley and Connecticut.

In fact, temperatures should be near normal with Monday, seeing highs in the upper 70s under sunny skies.

Tuesday will be a bit cooler and will also bring the week's chance for precipitation. Highs will be in the upper 60s with a chance for afternoon showers.

Wednesday and Thursday should be mostly clear, with highs back in the 70s and lows in the 50s.  Friday will be warm with highs near 80.

So, how about Memorial Day weekend? It's still a ways off, but forecasters are calling for highs in the 70s with a chance of scattered showers.

Have a great week!
