Become a Volunteer for People’s Place

Would you like to make a difference in the community? Beginning March 3, People's Place will be open on Saturdays from 1:30 - 4 pm, and they need volunteers to make this happen. People's Place is located in Kingston and serves all of Ulster County. It's a not-for-profit food pantry and thrift store. And it's a great place to volunteer.

Maybe you would like to volunteer, but you don't know how. Well, you're in luck. A volunteer training will be offered Saturday February 24th, 2018 from 1 - 2:30 pm at People's Place, 17 St. James Street in Kingston. If you are interested in volunteering,  visit their website at www.peoplesplaceuc.org to fill out a volunteer form or stop into People's Place to pick up an application and schedule a tour and interview in person.
