A Special Night Postponed Til Saturday

Tonight, in The City of Poughkeepsie, is The Celebration of Lights...my favorite night in the city.  All the restaurants are packed, there's a tree lighting ceremony, a parade, awesome fireworks, a showing of the classic movie A Christmas Carol on the big screen at The Bardavon, and a big after party at Mahoney's Steakhouse.   But, most of all, there's a feeling of warmth...no matter how cold it is.  The warmth that happens when a community comes together for a night of fun.  I hope you'll join us tonight, grab a hot chocolate from Cafe Aurora, a nice meal at River Station, a beer at Noah's...and discover how nice the City of Poughkeepsie can be!  See you there!
