For it's 40th anniversary, we're featuring Steve Miller Band's tenth album Book of Dreams this week. It was released in May 1977 on Capitol Records and the album would go on to become one of the band's most successful with three singles: "Jet Airliner", "Jungle Love", and "Swingtown". AllMusic gave the album 4 out of 5 stars, calling it "a highlight of the 70's classic rock era and one of Miller's finest releases."
