WPDH Album of the Week: Ozzy Osbourne ‘Blizzard of Ozz’

Ozzy Osbourne released his debut solo album Blizzard of Ozz in the U.S. in 1981. It would be his first release after his firing from Black Sabbath in 1979. Blizzard of Ozz would be one of two albums Ozzy recorded with guitarist Randy Rhoads before his death in 1981. The album featured singles "Crazy Train" and "Mr. Crowley", and it ranked number 9 on Rolling Stone's list of the "100 Greatest Metal Albums of All Time."
