Warrant Wednesday: Dutchess County Man Wanted for Grand Larceny
Here are this week’s outstanding warrants from the New York State Police. They ask all of us to help by spreading the word. The New York State Police post these warrants on their Facebook page and, while we have highlighted an individual here, you can see all of this week’s outstanding warrants in the video below.
This particular individual has been wanted for almost 4 years.
New York State Police Troop K, Wappingers, are looking for 27-year-old Paul L. Nikola for grand larceny in the 4th degree, and is wanted by both the New York State Police in Wappinger and the City of Beacon Court following a fraud investigation conducted in 2013. According to the New York State Police, Nikola was arrested for grand larceny after an investigation revealed that he was involved in a check cashing scheme. The City of Beacon Court issued a warrant ordering Nikola’s arrest when he failed to appear for court proceedings.
