That Time Vassar College Was Mentioned in Kingpin

It's a well respected college but not everyone knows about it. I didn't get the reference until I moved to the Hudson Valley.

One of my favorite comedies of all time has got to be Kingpin. As I was watching it again tonight I noticed something.

The Farrelly brothers seemed to capture everything about the 90s from the music to the star athletes and even the physical comedy.

If you go back and watch Kingpin be sure to be ready for the Vassar mention at the end. Woody Harrleson mentions that as part of his endorsement deal with Trojan means a presentation at the university.

It's not that surprising as both brothers attended college in New York.
