Actor and comedian Taylor Negron has passed away a the age of 57, after a long battle with cancer.

Chuck Negron, Taylor's cousin and member of the 70's band "Three Dog Night"  released a video online breaking the news that Taylor has passed Sunday morning.

In the video, Chuck states: "His mother, his brother Alex and my brother Rene and his wife Julie were all there with him.”

Born in Glendale, Calif.. Taylor studied with Lee Strasberg, and also had a internship with comedy legend Lucille Ball when he was 19 year old.

He made his full film acting debut in 1982's "Young Doctors In Love", and worked steadily in television and movies for the next 3 decades.

He had memorable roles in "Fast Times at Ridgemont High", "Easy Money", and "The Last Boy Scout". Check out his full filmography at Imdb.com.
