Poughkeepsie Woman Arrested After Crashing Into Tree, Police Say
The 22-year old Poughkeepsie woman was arrested following the report of a vehicle into a tree.
At approximately 6:25 a.m. Troopers were dispatched to Wheeler Road in the Town of Dover for a report of a vehicle onto a tree.
Upon investigation, it was discovered that the operator, identified as Taylor M. Aufiero, 22, of Poughkeepsie was operating the vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.19 percent.
Aufiero also suffered minor injuries in the crash.
Aufiero was issued the appropriate traffic tickets and is schedule to appear in the Town of Dover Court later this month.
