Police Investigate Fatal Crash in Goshen
State Police along with the Town of Goshen Police responded to a serious injury crash on Pumpkin Swamp Road and Pulaski Highway.
Preliminary investigation shows a vehicle crash involving a garbage truck and a Ford Edge. Pumpkin Swamp Road is closed from Meadow Road to Pulaski Highway.
Investigation reveals that an SUV failed to yield the right of way to a tractor trailer at the intersection of Pulaski Highway and Pumpkin Swamp Road.
The operator of the SUV was pronounced deceased and his passenger is listed in critical condition. The operator of the tractor trailer was not injured.
