New York State Woman Chugs Beer at Arby’s Drive-Thru, Gets Arrested

A Binghamton woman was arrested after she was found to be driving while intoxicated. What's worse is the 30 year-old woman had her two year-old child in the backseat at the time.

Police say Rebecca Shoemaker was caught drinking a beer behind the wheel while going through an Arby's drive-thru in Chenango.

Witnesses had called police after they saw the woman chugging the brew in her car. Her husband was in the passenger seat, though there's no word if he had been drinking as well.

WENY reports that Shoemaker has been charged with the felony of aggravated DWI with a child less than 16 years old.
