They also have 1,000 acres with over 23 rooms located in their retreat which is open year round in the Hudson Valley.

This country club and golf course is also known for "the best freshwater lake fishing in America!"

Guests who visit partake in their activities on site such as golf, biking, hiking, cross country skiing and more. Recently, this business has added a new activity to their list of reasons to visit this winter wonderland in the mountains of the Catskills.

Roscoe Mountain Club is a golf course and country club located in Roscoe, NY.

They describe their golf course as,

Those who visit can also enjoy dinner with a view at The Grill on site. The Roscoe Mountain Club's eatery overlooks their golf course.

"Get ready for winter wonder at Roscoe Mountain Club! Our NEW ice rink is just the beginning ❄️. Let it snow, let it glow – let the winter adventures begin!

In December 2023, The Roscoe Mountain Club made an announcement on Facebook. They shared the long awaited news of something new being added to the location.

The Roscoe Mountain Club's ice rink is now open. Throughout the month of December, guests were able to skate in their new rink with Santa, enjoyed open skating with friends and family, played hockey and more.

Tour One of the Hudson Valley's Most Spectacular Light Shows

Peace, Love & Lights happens on the grounds of Bethel Woods. This festive and beautiful light show is mesmerizing, fun and spectacular.

Bethel Woods' Peace, Love & Light Winter Light Show Schedule is open daily from December 14, 2023 until December 31, 2023.

The show begins at 5pm and ends at 10pm with the last entry at 9pm. Guests only need one ticket per carload.

It is recommended to purchase this ticket in advance since the price increases the day of. Also, a friendly reminder that Bethel Woods is now cashless.

If you would rather walk than drive through this beautiful display, Sullivan 180 Walkthrough Monday takes place each week on Mondays therefore, there will not be any drive thru options on that day of the week.

Bethel Woods added winter light displays all throughout the route. Some of their festivals include New York, Enchanted Forest, Groovy Way and more.

Eggbert is a talking Christmas egg. His home is located at Devitt's Nursery & Supply located in New Windsor, NY.

Devitts Garden Center has been in business since the 1950's. They're known more than just their famous talking egg but for being "one of the top 100 garden centers in the country."
