7-Eleven Could Be Coming to Kingston, NY

The former Speedway at 841 Ulster Ave in the Town of Ulster closed its doors and gas pumps a while back, and soon after, many started asking the same question, "what’s next? Now, it looks like we might finally have a clue.

And honestly, that wouldn’t be a surprise.

Why This Actually Makes Sense

So while it might seem like this is coming out of nowhere, it’s actually been in the works for years.

On the other hand, Speedway still has multiple locations across the region, including Wappingers Falls, Highland, Fishkill, Poughkeepsie, Newburgh, Montgomery, and Saugerties.

Combined, they are the most popular convenience store chains in New York, with more than a thousand locations statewide. Now if we could only get one of these in the Hudson Valley...
