Fast Food Drama! Woman Bashes Man With Chair at New York McDonald’s, Police Say
What is it about fast food establishments that just brings out the worst in some people? Police says they are looking for a woman who they say tossed a chair at a man eating at a McDonald's on Canal Street. What is this, Wrestlemania?
CBS NY says the assault happened Monday morning when the woman allegedly yelled racial slurs at the 33 year-old construction worker from Ecuador. It was at this point when the unidentified woman threw the chair at the man. He told CBS that she also attacked him with an umbrella:
And then I turn to take a table and I saw there was a chair over me, but I couldn’t do anything. That happened in seconds. And then she run to the bathroom and she took an umbrella and she hit me with the umbrella, also.
CBS says the man was taken to New York-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital with facial injuries. Police continue their investigation.
