Bruce Springsteen Breaks Into the Mainstream With ‘Born to Run’

We've got a great album for this Sunday on the WPDH Album of the Week, the third studio album from Bruce Springsteen, 'Born to Run', released August 25, 1975.

As his effort to break into the mainstream, the album was a commercial success, peaking at number three on the Billboard 200 charts. It has since been considered by critics to be one of the greatest albums of all time.

The album gave us the singles 'Born to Run' and 'Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out'.
