Tune in for the WPDH Album of the Week this Sunday at 11PM. We’ll be bringing you Eric Clapton '461 Ocean Boulevard', in its entirety, start to finish.
Eric Clapton's 2nd studio album, 461 Ocean Boulevard was released in July of 1974 on RSO Records and it marked the return of Eric Clapton after recovering from a three year heroin addiction. The album topped the charts and sold over 2 million copies. Two singles were released from the album, a cover of Bob Marley's "I Shot the Sheriff" and "Willie and the Hand Jive".
