
Visually Impaired Man Sues Match.com Even Though He Can’t See Any of the Profiles Anyway
Is relationship website Match.com doing enough for the visually impaired to find love? Apparently not, according to one man.
The NY Post says that an Arlington, Virginia man has filed a federal lawsuit in a Manhattan court claiming the dating site doesn't let blind of visually impaired users easily create a profile.
It’s difficult, if not impossible, for blind customers to use the Web site. The lack of an accessible Web site means that blind people are excluded . . .
Not really sure what he's hoping for. maybe some sort of audio guide to helping set up a profile? Right now, Match says they're looking in to the matter.
The latest suit is just another headache for Match.com The website received a failing grade from the Better Business Bureau a few months back. ABC News ran a story on Match's woes.
