Ulster County Woman Punches Handicapped Woman

An Ulster County woman was arrested after she allegedly punched a handicapped woman at a residential facility. 

The State Police from the Redhook barracks have arrested  Annette Stramel, 51, of Saugerties for Endangering the Welfare of a Incompetent Person in the second-degree.

A State Police investigation, supported by the Justice Center, revealed that Stramel punched a 21-year old handicapped woman in the leg.

Stramel is employed by a local residential facility for people with developmental disabilities.

Stramel was issued an appearance ticket directing her to appear in the Town of Redhook Court later this month.
