Thin Lizzy’s Commercial Breakthrough Album ‘Jailbreak’

This Sunday night we'll feature Thin Lizzy's 'Jailbreak' on the WPDH Album of the week.

The WPDH Album of the Week this Sunday will be 'Jailbreak' from Thin Lizzy. Jailbreak is Thin Lizzy's sixth studio album. the album was released in 1976.

It proved to be the band's commercial breakthrough in the US, and the only Thin Lizzy album with a certification.

The album produced two hit singles, including 'Jailbreak' and 'The Boys are Back in Town', which won the 1976 NME award for best single.
