On Sunday, Troopers responded to a call of a burglary in progress, at a Hudson Valley home.

State Troopers were called to a home in Wurtsboro Hills, NY, after a report of a burglary in progress. When Troopers arrived, they observed the male subject fleeing from the rear of the home, according to a Press Release.

After a short foot pursuit, Steven Manny, 32, of Bloomingburg was taken into custody. the investigation determined that Manny had forced entry into the home through a sliding glass door located in the rear of the house. He exited the home by jumping from a second story window.

Manny was charged with Burglary in the second-degree, a felony. He was arraigned and sent to Sullivan County jail, with no bail set.
